Scheduling It is important to arrive 15 minutes before your service so that you have time to change (if applicable) and can begin your relaxing and rejuvenating experience. All new clients will be given a welcome packet and will be taken on a tour of our beautiful salon and spa. Tranquility Lounge. VIP Lounge. and Men's and Women's Locker Rooms. We have a lovely Tranquility and VIP Lounge that has cozy seating and a fireplace. and overlooks the lake This room can be utilized by our VIP guests. as well as our guests having spa packages. |

Cancellation Policy Because we want to accommodate all of our guests. we will take a credit card to hold any appointment that is over a certain dollar amount. You must give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. if the allotted time is not given. 50% of the service price will be placed on the card, if no notice is given, the full amount of the service will be placed on the card.. |

Return Policy Merchandise and products with a store receipt may be returned for a refund within 14 days and a store credit after 14 days. Product returns must have at least 50% of the product left to be accepted for a return. Product less than 50% full will not be accepted |

Cell Phones Because we want to be able to preserve the tranquility of our guests' experiences, cell phones should be turned off inside the Salon and Spa. if you must have your cell phone on, kindly change it to vibrate mode. Children We want each guest to have a deeply relaxing and satisfying experience at Bella Vita, therefore, please plan to make arrangements for children if you have an appointment for a spa service.
